近年来,互联网迅速发展,以互联网为代表的新兴媒体,打破了传统媒体与受众的局限,深刻影响着社会舆论的形成。我国目前已有5.91亿网民、4.64亿手机用户,从某种意义上说,每个人都可以是信息的制造者、提供者、传播者。信息来源的多样化,大大增加了网上舆论引导的难度。掌握网上舆论主导权,做好网上舆论引导,是我们面临的一项重要任务。
In recent years, with the rapid development of the Internet and emerging media represented by the Internet, the limitations of traditional media and audience have been broken and the formation of public opinion has been profoundly affected. China now has 591 million Internet users, 464 million mobile phone users, in a sense, everyone can be the information maker, provider, disseminator. The diversification of sources of information has greatly increased the difficulty of guiding online public opinion. To master the dominance of online public opinion and do a good job in guiding online public opinion is an important task we are facing.
