日内瓦当地时间９月１７日下午，世贸组织中国工作组第１８次会议在世贸组织总部举行正式会议，通过了中国加入四贸组织的所有法律文件。按照入世申请程序，中国入世的法律文件将提交世贸组织第四次部长级会议上审议通过。在完成必要的法律程序后，中国将正式成为世贸组织的成员。经过１５年的不懈努力和艰苦谈判，中国终于真正融入世界经济的大家庭，成为世界经济舞台上与其它国家平等的一名成员，世界经济也终于迎来了中国这个最大的发展中国家。 加入ＷＴＯ后，大家惊呼多年的“狼”就会真真切切地来到人们的身边，到底这条让人爱恨交加的狼有什么特点，会给我们带来什么，是灾难还是福星，是挑战还是机遇呢？尤其是对我们恨铁不成钢的中国电信运营业，ＷＴＯ会把他们惊醒，会让他们有所改进吗？我们该怎样去面对扑面而来的ＷＴＯ新气息，达到利益最大化呢？
Geneva local time On the afternoon of September 17, the 18th WTO Working Group of China held a formal meeting at the WTO headquarters and passed all the legal documents on China’s accession to the WTO. According to the application process for joining the WTO, China’s accession to the WTO legal documents will be submitted to the Fourth WTO Ministerial Conference for consideration and approval. After completing the necessary legal procedures, China will officially become a WTO member. After 15 years of unremitting efforts and arduous negotiations, China has finally really integrated itself into the world economy and become an equal member of other countries in the world economy. The world economy has finally ushered in China, the largest developing country. After joining the WTO, everyone exclaimed for many years the “wolf” will really come to people’s side, in the end this is what people love to hate the wolf what characteristics will give us what is a disaster or a lucky star, Is it a challenge or an opportunity? Especially for China Telecom, which we do not know how to do, the WTO will wake them up and make them improve. How can we face the new atmosphere of the incoming WTO to maximize the benefits?
