以传统的Ziegler-Natta(Z-N)/茂金属(Cp_2ZrCl_2)催化剂为主催化剂,以三乙基铝[(C_2H_5)_3Al]为助催化剂,采用本体聚合法合成了具有超高分子量的烯烃类聚合物.采用正交试验的方法获得了最佳的催化剂配比条件(A为0.02 g、B为0.03 g、C为0.15 mL).凝胶渗透色谱测得在该条件下所合成聚合物的M_w为1.12×10~7,M_n为2.96×10~6,多分散系数M_w/M_n为3.79.以旋转粘度计测得该条件下聚合物溶液的表观粘度为27 mPa·s.实验证明,通过采Ziegler-Natta(Z-N)/茂金属(Cp_2ZrCl_2)为主催化剂进行烯烃聚合不仅能提高聚合物的分子量,而且还能增大其分子量分布.
Using the traditional Ziegler-Natta (ZN) / metallocene (Cp_2ZrCl_2) catalyst as the main catalyst and the triethylaluminum [(C_2H_5) _3Al] as the cocatalyst, we synthesized the olefin polymer with ultrahigh molecular weight Orthogonal test was used to obtain the best catalyst preparation conditions (A was 0.02 g, B was 0.03 g and C was 0.15 mL). The gel permeation chromatography showed that the M_w of the synthesized polymer was 1.12 × 10 ~ 7, M_n is 2.96 × 10 ~ 6, the polydispersity coefficient M_w / M_n is 3.79.The apparent viscosity of the polymer solution measured by rotary viscometer is 27 mPa · s.It is proved by experiment Ziegler-Natta (ZN) / metallocene (Cp_2ZrCl_2) as the main catalyst for olefin polymerization can not only improve the molecular weight of the polymer, but also increase its molecular weight distribution.
