在英明领袖华主席抓纲治国战略决策指引下,最近我厂试验从奋乃静生产下脚羟哌高沸物制取1,4-双羟乙基哌嗪(结构式为HOCH_2CH_2--CH_2CH_2OH)取得了成功。产品质量符合文献标准,熔点为134~138℃双羟乙基哌嗪的回收,不但减少了浪费,主要的是它可以作为合成新药三哌喹的主要原料,也是三甲氧基苯酰嗪的主要中间体。三哌喹是长效低毒的抗疟新药,其化学名称:1,4-双[1-(7-氯-4-喹啉)-4-乙基哌嗪基]哌嗪。
