以中碳钢为研究对象,调整Mn,S含量,添加0.3%左右的铜作为残余元素,研究铜在钢中的偏析以及在夹杂物上的析出情况。利用扫描电镜及能谱仪研究发现当钢中锰含量从0.008%提高到0.094%时,可以减轻铜沿原奥氏体晶界的偏析程度。锰含量为0.440%时,铜在硫化锰夹杂上的析出比例可以达到94.6%,继续提高锰含量对提高铜的析出比例无益。通过二元匹配度的计算,可以得出,无论Cu在钢中以何种形式存在,MnS夹杂较氧化硅、氧化铝夹杂更适合铜析出,计算结果与实验结果吻合。
Taking medium carbon steel as the research object, the contents of Mn and S were adjusted, and about 0.3% copper was added as the residual element to study the segregation of copper in steel and the precipitation on inclusions. Scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectroscopy study found that when the manganese content in steel increased from 0.008% to 0.094%, the segregation of copper along the original austenite grain boundary could be reduced. When the content of manganese is 0.440%, the precipitation ratio of copper on the inclusions of manganese sulfide can reach 94.6%. Continuing to increase the manganese content is not good for increasing the precipitation ratio of copper. Through the calculation of binary matching degree, it can be concluded that the inclusion of MnS is more suitable for copper precipitation than that of silicon oxide and copper oxide regardless of the form of Cu in the steel. The calculation results agree well with the experimental results.
