为探讨早产儿凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血活 酶时间(TT)、纤维蛋白原(Fb)水平,我院近年来 对收治的57例早产儿进行上述指标的监测,并 设足月新生儿为对照组。总结如下: 对象和方法 一、对象 57例早产儿均为我院1997年3月~1999 年3月收住院患儿。男31例,女26例,≤34周19例,>34周38例,≤1500克者3例,~2500克 者32例,>2500克者8例。入院诊断:围产期 窒息8例,吸入性肺炎3例,颅内出血3例,红细 胞增多症4例,硬肿症3例,头颅血肿2例。无 并发症者34例。全部患儿于入院后48小时内 抽血监测PT、TT、Fb。对照组为本科收住的有
