在分析硬质合金粉末喂料主要成份、物理特性以及数控刀片结构特点的基础上,针对一款2.0 mm刃宽的切断切槽数控刀片(产品型号:ZTBD02002-MG)设计了一套注射模具。该模具为一模四腔三板模结构,成形组件为具有可换性的镶嵌结构,加工精度按照精密压制模具加工精度要求控制。对注射成形工艺所生产的烧结坯进行检测,刀片在刃口质量和变形量方面控制均优于精密模压成形,产品微观组织分析结果显示表面密实度均匀性也要好于模压成形产品。通过产品的切削性能分析,试验结果显示注射成形工艺适用于硬质合金数控刀片的生产,且产品切削寿命和稳定性优于模压成形工艺。
Based on the analysis of the main components, physical characteristics and the structural characteristics of NC blades, a set of injection molds was designed for a 2.0 mm blade cutting slotted NC blade (Model No .: ZTBD02002-MG). The mold is a mold four-cavity three-plate mold structure, the forming assembly is a replaceable mosaic structure, and the machining precision is controlled according to the precision pressing mold machining precision requirements. For the sintered billet produced by injection molding, the control of blade quality and deformation is superior to that of precision press forming. Through the analysis of the cutting performance of the product, the test results show that the injection molding process is suitable for the production of the cemented carbide NC blade, and the cutting life and stability of the product are superior to the molding process.
