随着市场经济体制的逐步建立,人们之间的经济,文化交流越来越频繁。人们为了充分利用社会资源,也为解决在生活中遇到的生产、经营、科研、学习诸多问题,许多人开始采用了优等悬赏广告这一新形式以取得他人帮助,从而使得这一新事物在日常生活中大量存在。然而我国法律并未对其加以规制,理论上对此也少有涉及。鉴于此,本文试从优等悬赏广告的相关法律问题进行探讨。
