目的建立水中小诺霉素的碲化镉(CdTe)量子点荧光增强测定法。方法向1 ml小诺霉素溶液中加入1.0 ml的CdTe量子点溶液,用PBS缓冲溶液(p H 6.5)定容到5 ml,混合均匀后在室温下反应30 min,测定其荧光强度(F)。结果当小诺霉素在0.28~4.17 mg/L线性范围内,所得线性方程为F/F0=0.074 6c+0.984 4,r=0.995 4,呈良好的线性关系。该方法的检出限为0.27 mg/L,平均回收率为102.0%~106.3%,RSD为1.1%~4.2%。结论该方法具有快速简便,灵敏度和精密度较高的优点,适用于水样中小诺霉素的检测。
OBJECTIVE To establish a CdTe QD fluorescence enhancement assay for detection of Trichostatin in water. Methods 1.0 ml of CdTe quantum dots solution was added to 1 ml of microtomyelin solution and diluted to 5 ml with PBS buffer solution (p H 6.5). The mixture was homogenized and reacted at room temperature for 30 min. The fluorescence intensity (F ). Results When the linear range of minocycline was 0.28 ~ 4.17 mg / L, the linear equation was F / F0 = 0.074 6c + 0.984 4, r = 0.995 4, showing a good linear relationship. The detection limit of this method was 0.27 mg / L, with an average recovery of 102.0% -106.3% and a RSD of 1.1% -4.2%. Conclusion The method has the advantages of fast and easy, high sensitivity and precision, and is suitable for the detection of minocycline in water samples.
