城市范围的扩张、小汽车呈爆发式的增长,交通供需矛盾呈现,交通结构正处于转变阶段,城市交通面临严峻的挑战。公共交通发展滞后、公交线路设置混乱、层次功能不明显,导致公交出行时耗高,公交出行率低。本文对公交出行时耗高的原因进行分析,提出公交线网按功能进行等级划分,实现“干线公交快速化、支线公交覆盖化”的功能层次分明的公交网络布局模式,并对常州市主城区公交线网进行实例分析。
The expansion of the urban area, the explosive growth of cars, the contradiction between supply and demand of transportation, the traffic structure is in a transitional phase, urban transport is facing severe challenges. The development of public transport lags behind, and the bus lines are chaotic and the functions of the levels are not obvious. As a result, the bus travel time is high and the bus travel rate is low. This paper analyzes the reasons for the high travel time of public transportation, and proposes that the public transportation network should be divided into different levels according to the functions so as to realize the public transportation network layout mode with the function of “rapid transit of main bus and the coverage of regional bus” The main city bus network for instance analysis.
