可编程逻辑控制器PLC在长输管道自动化方面的应用已经愈发成熟。基于借鉴国外优秀编程理念及国内工程应用,以Allen-Bradley PLC为例从机柜集成配线、系统组态编程、优缺点比较论证等方面介绍了庆铁三线原油管线的自动化站控系统。对系统使用中优化管理的问题进行了分析和探讨,包括站控功能实现、系统稳定、安装精确、维护便捷等,提出了方法和建议。
The application of programmable logic controller PLC in long-distance pipeline automation has become increasingly mature. Based on drawing on the excellent foreign programming concepts and domestic engineering applications, an automatic station control system of the third KCRC crude oil pipeline was introduced from the aspects of integrated cabling of cabinets, system configuration programming, comparison of advantages and disadvantages, taking Allen-Bradley PLC as an example. The problems of optimizing management in system usage are analyzed and discussed, including the realization of station control functions, the stability of the system, the accurate installation and the convenient maintenance. The methods and suggestions are put forward.
