研究了反相高效液相色谱法定量分析20.0%卞黄隆和乙草胺二元混配稻田除草剂有效成分的方法。色谱条件:迪马C18柱(250×4.6mm,5μm,),流动相为甲醇/水(90∶10,V/V),λ=230nm,流速:1mL/min;线性相关系数为0.9999,外标法定量。卞黄隆和乙草胺的平均回收率分别为99.29%,100.24%(RSD<0.75%)。结果表明该法简便、快速、精密、准确,可以为20.0%卞.乙稻田除草剂质量标准的制定提供科学依据。
A reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) method was developed for the quantitative analysis of the active ingredients of 20.0% Bian Huang Long and acetochlor binary combination rice herbicides. Chromatographic conditions: a Dima C18 column (250 × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with a mobile phase of methanol / water (90:10 V / V), λ = 230 nm, flow rate 1 mL / min, linear correlation coefficient of 0.9999, Standard method of quantitative. The average recoveries of bianhuanglong and acetochlor were 99.29% and 100.24%, respectively (RSD <0.75%). The results showed that the method was simple, rapid, accurate and accurate and could provide a scientific basis for the formulation of 20.0% Bian.
