对速生杨APMP浆的H_2O_2补充漂白进行了研究。研究结果表明:较为合适的漂白处理条件NaOH和H_2O_2配比用量2%:3%,浆浓10%,处理温度75℃,处理时间60min,此条件下纸浆的白度和强度性能有较大幅度提高。与未经过H_2O_2补充漂白纸浆相比,漂白后纸浆白度提高7%ISO,不透明度和光散射系数有所降低,裂断长、撕裂指数和耐破指数分别提高1.3km、32%和48%。打浆至45°SR时,经过补充漂白的纸浆打浆转数减少44%,打浆能耗明显降低。
The bleaching of H_2O_2 of APJ pulp was studied. The results showed that the suitable bleaching conditions were as follows: the ratio of NaOH to H 2 O 2 was 2%: 3%, the concentration of pulp was 10%, the treatment temperature was 75 ℃ and the treatment time was 60 min. Under these conditions, the whiteness and strength properties of pulp were more significant improve. The whiteness of bleached pulp increased by 7% ISO, the opacity and light scattering coefficient decreased, the breaking length, tear index and burst index increased by 1.3km, 32% and 48% respectively compared with the bleached pulp without H 2 O 2 supplementation. .
