目的采用分子印迹技术制备利多卡因二氧化硅表面分子印迹聚合物,探究其吸附特性,用于选择性吸附、富集利多卡因。方法利用分子印迹技术,以利多卡因为模板分子,通过溶胶-凝胶法制备利多卡因二氧化硅表面分子印迹聚合物,并通过静态吸附平衡试验、动态吸附试验、扫描电镜、红外光谱研究聚合物的吸附特性、结构及形貌特征。结果与化学组成相同的非印迹聚合物相比,印迹聚合物具有良好的吸附性。结论将该印迹聚合物用于选择性吸附、富集利多卡因是可行的。
OBJECTIVE To prepare lidocaine surface molecularly imprinted polymers by molecular imprinting technique and investigate their adsorption properties for selective adsorption and enrichment of lidocaine. Methods The molecularly imprinted polymer was prepared by sol-gel method using molecular imprinting technique and lidocaine as the template molecule. The static adsorption equilibrium test, dynamic adsorption test, scanning electron microscopy and infrared spectroscopy The adsorption characteristics, structure and morphology of the material. As a result, the imprinted polymer has good adsorbability compared with the non-imprinted polymer of the same chemical composition. Conclusion It is feasible to use this imprinted polymer for selective adsorption and enrichment of lidocaine.
