本文对原压射机构的压射过程和实测的压力时间曲线进行分析后,找出致使建压时间过长的两个原因:一是增压单向阀关闭时间过长,二是管路的压力损失较大。根据实测的速度曲线和位移曲线,分析出压射速度偏低和加速距离较长的是由于增压单向阀对压力油的阻力过大造成的。针对影响原压射机构压射性能的这些原因,采取适当的技术措施,改进了压射机构。文中分析了改进后压射机构的工作过程,并根据实测的压力时间曲线、速度曲线和位移曲线,对改进前后的机构进行了对比,进而肯定了改进设计的成功之处。
This article analyzes the injection process of the original injection mechanism and the measured pressure time curve to find out two reasons that cause the pressure build-up time is too long: First, the supercharged check valve closing time is too long, the second is the pipeline Pressure loss larger. According to the measured velocity curve and displacement curve, it is analyzed that the injection velocity is low and the acceleration distance is longer, which is caused by the over-pressure of the check valve to the pressure oil. In view of these factors that affect the shot-pressing performance of the original shot-pressing mechanism, proper technical measures are taken to improve the shot-press mechanism. In this paper, the working process of the improved injection mechanism is analyzed. Based on the measured pressure time curve, velocity curve and displacement curve, the comparison of the mechanism before and after the improvement is carried out, and the successful design of the improved design is affirmed.
