本研究是从我国癌高发区的实际出发,研究在那里找到的某些可疑致癌、促癌因子和抗癌因子对免疫系统的影响,以探讨致癌和防癌的免疫学基础,为癌的免疫预防提供依据。工作中采用了研究细胞免疫反应的三种实验体系:(1)T淋巴细胞对有丝分裂原、半抗原、同种抗原和肿瘤抗原的增殖反应;(2)对同种抗原和肿瘤抗原的特异性细胞毒T淋巴细胞(CTL)活性,(3)巨噬细胞(mφ)介导的瘤细胞溶解(MTC)、瘤细胞增殖抑制(CS)和依赖于抗体的细胞毒作用(ADCC)。
This study is based on the actual conditions of high-risk areas in our country, studying the effects of certain suspected carcinogens, pro-cancer factors and anti-cancer factors found on the immune system in order to explore the immunological basis of carcinogenesis and cancer prevention and to provide immunity for cancer. Prevention provides the basis. Three experimental systems for studying cellular immune responses were used in the work: (1) Proliferative responses of T lymphocytes to mitogens, haptens, alloantigens, and tumor antigens; (2) Specificity to alloantigens and tumor antigens Cytotoxic T lymphocyte (CTL) activity, (3) macrophage (mφ) mediated tumor cell lysis (MTC), tumor cell proliferation inhibition (CS), and antibody dependent cytotoxicity (ADCC).
