目的:探讨降压通脉方控制血压、逆转高血压左心室肥厚的作用。方法:以自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)为高血压及高血压左心室肥厚模型,随机分为降压通脉方组、卡托普利组、空白对照组;并以WKY大鼠为正常对照组。检测大鼠尾动脉收缩压(SBP)、大鼠左室质量(LV)、左心室质量指数(LVMI)、左室壁相对厚度。结果:与模型组比较,中药组于药后第4周出现血压下降,降压效果于第14周达到与西药相比无明显差异。模型组、中药组、西药组LVMI较正常组明显升高,提示左室肥厚形成,中药组、西药组左室壁相对厚度较模型组室壁薄,提示降压通脉方有逆转左室肥厚的作用。结论:降压通脉方可有效地降低SHR血压,有一定逆转SHR左心室肥厚的作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of JSTT on blood pressure and reverse left ventricular hypertrophy in hypertension. Methods: The spontaneous hypertensive rats (SHRs) were used as hypertensive and hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy models and were randomly divided into two groups: the JSTT group, the captopril group and the blank control group. WKY rats were normal Control group. The tail artery systolic pressure (SBP), left ventricular mass (LV), left ventricular mass index (LVMI) and relative thickness of left ventricular wall were measured. Results: Compared with the model group, the Chinese medicine group showed a decrease of blood pressure in the 4th week after drug administration, and the effect of antihypertensive effect was no significant difference between the 14th week and the Western medicine group. The LVMI of model group, traditional Chinese medicine group and western medicine group was significantly higher than that of normal group, which suggested that left ventricular hypertrophy was formed. The relative thickness of left ventricular wall of traditional Chinese medicine group and western medicine group was thinner than that of model group, suggesting that Antihypertension, Role. Conclusion: JSTT can effectively reduce the blood pressure of SHR, which can reverse the effect of SHR on left ventricular hypertrophy.
