目的建立Seal-AA3流动注射分光光度法测定饮用水中阴离子合成洗涤剂的分析方法。方法阴离子合成洗涤剂和碱性亚甲基蓝反应形成一种化合物,该化合物被萃取到氯仿中并由相分离器分离,之后氯仿相被酸性亚甲基蓝洗涤以除去干扰物质并在第二个相分离器中再次被分离。氯仿中的蓝色化合物由比色法在660 nm下被测定。结果本法的线性范围0μg/L~1000μg/L,相关系数为0.9994,方法最低检出浓度为4.1μg/L,相对标准偏差3.5%~4.3%,加标回收率:95.4%~110.3%。结论该法操作更简便快速、灵敏度好、检出限低,由于是全封闭管路自动化检测,减少了污染,对检验人员的毒害更小,适用于实验室大批量样品的检测。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of anionic synthetic detergent in drinking water by Seal-AA3 flow-injection spectrophotometry.
