利用牛血清白蛋白为材料，制备了苦参素白蛋白微球。该微球直径小于２ μｍ，含有苦参素 ２．１４％。体外实验证实，在 ｐＨ ７．４的 ０．１ｍｏｌ／ Ｌ磷酸盐缓冲液中缓释作用明显，符合一级释放机理。
Bovine serum albumin microspheres were prepared using bovine serum albumin as material. The microspheres have a diameter of less than 2 μm and contain oxymatrine 2.14%. In vitro experiments confirmed that the sustained-release effect in 0.1 mol/L phosphate buffer at pH 7.4 was obvious and met the first-order release mechanism.
