本文论述了工业Ly12硬铝固溶处理后冷变形对人工时效组织及其强化效果的影响。结果表明,固溶处理后随冷轧变形量的增加,S′过渡相的质点细小弥散,特别是有停放时间情况下更为明显。固溶处理和人工时效之间加入冷轧变形,能提高Ly12硬铝的强度.特别是屈服强度。固溶处理停放96h以上再进行冷轧变形和人工时效,其强化效果更好,延伸率一般下降到6%左右。
This article discusses the effect of cold deformation on the artificial aging structure and its strengthening effect after commercial solid solution treatment of Ly12 hard aluminum. The results show that with the increase of cold rolling deformation after solution treatment, the particles of S ’transition phase are finely dispersed, especially in the case of parking time. Adding cold rolling deformation between solution treatment and artificial aging can increase the strength of Ly12 duralumin, especially the yield strength. The solution treatment parked above 96h and then cold-rolled deformation and artificial aging, the strengthening effect is better, the elongation rate generally dropped to about 6%.
