1 事故概况上海某冶金公司向我省某厂购买的一台燃烧高炉煤气的锅炉,锅炉型号为××—20/3.82—Q,锅炉参数:额定蒸发量20t/h,过热蒸汽温度450C,过热蒸汽压力3.82MPa。锅炉于1997年下半年开始安装,1998年2月份开始点火试运行。经过一段时间试运行后,发现省煤器第二流程管子胀粗,原先(?)28mm的管子已胀粗到(?)32～36mm不等。最上部正中间有3根管子已爆破,爆破口形成如图1所示,破口呈核桃形,破口附近管壁有明显减薄现象。
