1案例资料某男,44岁,某年11月21日酒后被3人反复脚(穿皮鞋)踢胸腹、背及会阴等部位,意识不清,半小时后送至医院。入院后给予输液治疗,1h后清醒,诉腹痛;门诊观察1d,腹痛加重,伴恶心、呕吐,次日收住入院,查体:身体较瘦,全身多处软组织瘀血、肿胀。左侧9～11肋压痛明显。腹平坦,左下腹皮肤青紫,全腹压痛、反跳痛明显,腹肌紧张,未触及包块,移动性浊音
