随着油田的进一步开发,低压低产井逐年增多,采用低排量生产的井也逐年增多,这部分井在热洗时易产生倒灌,污染油层严重影响产量,降低油井开采效益,通过对低压低产井热洗倒灌产生原因的分析,我们选择了三级排量热洗法和高压蒸汽热洗法两种防倒灌热洗方法,从而降低热洗倒灌程度,提高了低压低产井的热洗效果,减少了热洗对产量的影响。其中高压蒸汽热洗法的优点决定了它不但可以满足低压低产的热洗要求,而且相对于目前的水泥车洗井来说,由于温度高(可达120—180摄氏度),洗井效果要优于常规的水泥车洗井,是三次井洗井的另一种良好方法。
With the further development of the oilfield, the low-pressure and low-production wells have been increasing year by year, and the wells using low-displacement production have also been increasing year by year. This part of wells is prone to produce intrusion when hot-cleaning. The polluted oil layer seriously affects the yield and the oil recovery efficiency. We analyzed the cause of well heat washing and backwashing, and we chose two kinds of anti-backwashing and hot washing methods such as three-stage displacement hot-cleaning method and high-pressure steam hot-washing method, so as to reduce the degree of heat- Reduce the impact of heat wash on production. Among them, the advantages of high-pressure steam hot-cleaning method determine that it can not only meet the requirements of hot-washing with low pressure and low output, but also wash well performance is better than the current cement-washing wells due to high temperature (up to 120-180 degrees Celsius) Well washing in a conventional cement truck is another good way to clean the well three times.
