目的:根据不同氮素营养水平对黄连生长的影响,寻找最佳氮素浓度。方法:采用砂培法。结果:低氮(1/5氮)能明显地减轻缺氮症状,但过高的氮浓度(2氮)也影响黄连新根的形成及地上部位叶的生长,叶片硝酸还原酶的活性及根茎中小檗碱的含量都较低,适合黄连生长,有效成分含量又高的氮浓度范围应该在1/2氮~1氮。结论:黄连根茎形成最高有效成分时所需的供氮水平较黄连植株旺盛生长所需求的氮水平低。
Objective: According to the effect of different nitrogen nutrition on the growth of Coptis Chinensis, find out the best nitrogen concentration. Methods: sand culture method.
