通过对我国企业基本养老保险制度调整、创新动因地阐述,刨析企业基本养老保险制度现状与存在问题,提出企业基本养老保险制度完善的有关政策调整创新的建议。
Through the adjustment and innovation of the basic pension insurance system in our country, this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the basic pension insurance system in our country, and puts forward some suggestions on how to adjust and innovate the policy of the basic old-age insurance system.
