气化模铸钢件表面增碳对力学性能影响的研究

试验研究了气化模铸造铸钢件表面增碳对力学性能的影响。测试了采用EPS和PMMA模样浇铸船用集装箱角件时铸件的抗拉强度(σb)、屈服强度(σs)、伸长率(δ)、断面收缩率(ψ)和-20℃下的冲击值(αk),并与熔模铸造时进行对比。试验得出,表面增碳使铸件的σb,δs,αk值增加,δ,ψ值降低。 The effects of carburization on the mechanical properties of cast steel castings by gasification casting were studied experimentally. Tensile strength (σb), yield strength (σs), elongation (δ), reduction of area (ψ) and impact value at -20 ℃ were measured when EPS and PMMA were used to cast marine container corner fittings αk), and compared with the investment casting. The results show that the surface carbon increased the casting σb, δs, αk value increases, δ, ψ value decreases.
