After the Yongjia upheaval, Hexi was gradually migrated into the district and its culture gradually developed. After the Northern Wei Dynasty settled Liangzhou, another 30,000 Hexi ethnic clans were forcibly relocated to Pingcheng. The Heilong culture in the Wu Liang Period had a significant impact on Northern Wei and Northern Qi. However, the influence of Wu Liang Culture not only affected the North, but also had an important influence on the Eastern Jin and Southern Dynasties. The process of broadcasting from He Long dynasty knew that the number of monks in He Long in Nantu to the Yangtze River valley was much more than that in Heping to Pingcheng in the east, that is, the influence of He Long in Eastern Jin and Southern Dynasties was far greater than in Northern Wei Dynasty. The reason for this is that on the one hand, the monks of He Long and the regime of Northern Wei were wronged, and the Wei and Tai Wudian methods destroyed people’s hearts. On the other hand, the Five-War Regime regarded the Eastern Jin and Southern Dynasties as the orthodox Chinese. The economic and cultural exchanges between the two sides were frequent, In addition, most of the Eastern Jin and Southern Dynasties emperors from the emperors to the scholars and local officials respect Buddhism, the higher attainments He Long Buddhist monks courtesy, so the Yangtze River Basin has become the best place to move out. After their southern transit, they played an important role in promoting the development of Buddhism in the Eastern Jin and Southern Dynasties. This shows that Heilong is not only a corridor of the Silk Road, and the people of Heilong are still communicators of East and West cultures.
