我矿新建尾矿坝工程,地处两山狭谷,采用6座泵站接力扬送尾矿,选用4PNJ胶泵又而临其水封装置需用高压水(5～7公斤/厘米~2)的困难,因而被迫仿石家庄水泵厂副叶轮装置进行试制和生产试验。由于技术参数、结构以及材质的耐磨性尚存在一定问题,使用寿命很短,维修量大,不能满足我矿生产条件—矿浆不足、管线长、倒灌压力大的特殊要求。
