如何提高斜齿轮的齿形和齿向精度,是齿轮加工中迫切需要解决的问题。在渐开线圆柱齿轮精度新标准(JB179—83)中对齿形和齿向的精度提出了更高的要求。为此,我们在滚、剃、珩工艺中对斜齿轮齿形和齿向的加工进行了一系列的摸索和实际,以期进一步提高斜齿轮的精度。齿轮的齿形和齿向虽然在滚、剃齿时已形成和得到修正,但滚齿前的齿坯精度和齿轮经热处理后发生的变形,都对成品齿形和齿向的精度有极大的影响,这就要求在整个齿轮加工过程中必须综合考虑齿轮精度和热变形等因素。本文通过对上海牌轿车变速器三档齿轮副(主要参数技术要求见表1)的工艺试验,阐述了对斜齿轮齿形和齿向加工工艺的研究和改进。一、提高齿坯加工精度齿坯基准面端跳和平行度误差的增大,将使滚、剃齿后齿轮的齿向不一致,接触精度降低,在综合检查中啮合斑点呈游离状态。
