应用细胞培养及分子杂交技术研究了二氢青蒿素(DHA)的免疫调节作用。结果发现,DHA明显促进ConA诱导的脾细胞增殖,增强小鼠脾细胞及T细胞株LBRM产生IL-2及其mRNA表达。而在相同浓度范围内对转化的T细胞及LPS诱导的淋巴细胞增殖无明显影响。结果提示,DHA的促IL-2产生及促淋巴细胞增殖作用可能由不同途径介导。
The immunomodulatory effect of dihydroartemisinin (DHA) was studied by cell culture and molecular hybridization. The results showed that DHA significantly promoted the proliferation of splenocytes induced by ConA, and enhanced the production of IL-2 and its mRNA by mouse LBRM spleen cells and T cells. In the same concentration range, there was no significant effect on the proliferation of transformed T cells and LPS-induced lymphocytes. The results suggest that DHA can promote IL-2 production and promote lymphocyte proliferation by different pathways.
