聚二甲基硅氧烷_梯形苯基倍半硅氧烷共聚物作为一种新型膜材料具有成膜性好、强度高和溶涨度低的性质 ,该膜用于有机液体 /水混合物的渗透蒸发分离表现为有机液优先透过特性 .考察了不同浓度乙醇水溶液通过膜的渗透蒸发过程 ,发现该膜对低醇浓度水溶液分离具有较高的分离系数 ,乙醇通量随进料液浓度增加而增加 ,水通量基本不变 ,在室温至 70℃范围内膜的分离性能稳定 .比较了甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇、丙酮、四氢呋喃水溶液的渗透蒸发行为 ,发现透过通量和分离系数的大小依次为THF >丙酮 >异丙醇 >乙醇 >甲醇 ,其排列顺序取决于各有机物的溶解度参数与有机硅橡胶溶解度参数的相近程度 ,而与透过分子的大小无关
