本文在研制了双试棒热裂-线收缩仪的基础上.对铝-铜系合金、钢、镍基合金等的热裂规律进行了测试和考证,明确了自由线收缩与产生热裂时受阻线收缩之间的关系,提出了以合金自由线收缩变化率dl/dt的极大值来分析研究对合金热裂倾向影响的观点,从而对合金热裂产生的温度范围,产生热裂的主要因素以及合金热裂形成的机理进行了探讨。
