当前农业种植中，提高了对科技的重视，种植中种子质量的提高和对种植中风险的判断，能够提高作物产量，保证农民增产增收。因此，在进行农作物种植中，应对种子在种植中的风险因素以及促进种子质量提高的措施进行深入研究，使农民获得更高的经济收益。
农作物种子种植风险因素与提高种子质量的措施

农业创客是农业生产领域的创新者，在推动农业发展方式转变,促进农业发展，助力乡村振兴中发挥着生力军作用。本文采取调查研究法，前往绍兴诸暨、嵊州、新昌三地开展了实地调研活动，研究归纳农业创客在乡村振兴中作用探讨，为地方政府相关部门的精准施策，促进农创客队伍的壮大提供一定的借鉴作用。
实施乡村振兴战略是党的十九大作出的重大决策部署，而农村实用人才队伍建设则是乡村振兴战略的重要组成部分。尤其在农业机械化、现代化发展进程逐年推进的宏观背景下，农村实用人才在践行“科技兴农、科技强农”理论时，扮演着不可替代的角色。但是，近年来，随着农村人口的大量流失，加之人才培育机制的欠缺，导致农村实用人才队伍建设工作举步维艰。因此，如何依托于国家的利好政策，建设一支经验多、素质高、技术强的实用人才队伍，已经成为乡村振兴背景下各项工作的重中之重。
随着人民群众生活水平的提高，农产品质量安全倍受社会关注，通过对洋县农产品质量安全执法监管单位的调研走访，结合对农产品生产经营单位的实地察看，本文总结分析了农产品质量安全监管的现状和存在的问题，结合工作实际提出了有针对性的意见和建议，具有一定参考价值。
现阶段，农业生产中机械设备的应用已经极为普遍，极大的减轻了农民的劳动强度，提高了农业生产效率。然而有些地区仍然采用传统生产模式，农民收入不高，种植积极性被大大打消，说明农业机械推广工作的开展有待改进，在未来一段时间内应该将其置于重中之重的地位，采用多种措施来提高农业机械推广工作的实效性，促进农业生产效率和经济效益迈上一个新的台阶。针对当前农业机械推广工作现状及存在的主要问题制定相应的解决对策，希望能够为实践工作起到参考和借鉴。
