本研究(1984—1987)属国内首次对棉田植物寄生线虫的系统调查鉴定。弄清了上海地区发生的主要种类(15种)、重要种和优势种。为植物病理学研究和作物病害综合防治提供了地区性重要资料(论文6篇;线虫图片230幅,其中半数是扫描电镜照片)。对棉花重要病原线虫(两种纽带线虫、普通肾形线虫、南方根结线虫3号小种和螺旋线虫)的病原生物学特性、田间为害、发生规律和防治做了大量调查和试验,在国内首次取得了系统资料,具有重要学术和生产实际意义。明确了棉田线虫密度与棉花苗病率之间有正相关关系。证实了本地棉田外寄生优势种拟粗壮螺旋线虫可加重棉花枯萎病对感病品种的为害。在国内首次测
This study (1984-1987) was the first systematic survey of plant parasitic nematodes in cotton fields in China.
