长江三峡是茶文化的摇篮,据记载神农氏即有饮茶之事,到西周初,三峡地区的巴人已向周王室贡茶。战国西汉时期,巴蜀地区已有茶市贸易,汉至三国茶文化传播到长江中下游,六朝时北方已有饮茶与茶贸。中唐是我国茶文化的繁荣时代,两宋是茶文化的鼎盛时期。茶文化的发展,为瓷业的发展开辟了新途径。三峡地区出土的大量唐宋时期各个窑系的茶具,体现了茶文化在该地区的兴盛情形。宋代重庆涂山窑黑釉瓷异军突起,成为瓷器发展史上的一朵奇葩。
The Three Gorges of the Yangtze River is the cradle of tea culture. According to the record, Shennong is drinking tea. By the early Western Zhou Dynasty, the Ba people in the Three Gorges area had donated tea to the Zhou royal family. During the Warring States Period, there was already tea trade in Bashu region. Tea culture from Han to Three Kingdoms spread to the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River. In the Six Dynasties, there was tea and tea trade in the north. The Middle Tang Dynasty is the prosperous era of tea culture in our country and the two Song Dynasties are the heyday of tea culture. The development of tea culture has opened up new avenues for the development of porcelain. A large number of tea wares unearthed in the Three Gorges area during the Tang and Song Dynasties show the prosperity of tea culture in the area. The Tuyashan black glaze porcelain of Chongqing suddenly emerged as a wonderful flower in the history of porcelain development.
