中共山西襄垣县委、县人民政府想国家所想,急国家所急,教育广大干部、群众为国分忧,勇挑重担,千方百计敛财积资,支援国家重点建设。截止83年8月底统计,这个县已完成财政收入1,142万元,占年计划的70％,比82年同期增长12.3％;上缴国家707.9万元,比计划增长4.1％,比82年同期增长10.8％;征集能源交通重点建设基金138.7万元已如数上缴国库。
The CPC Shanxi Xiangyuan County Party Committee and the County People’s Government want the state to think urgently for the country to urgently educate the broad masses of cadres and the masses to share their worries and bravely shoulder the burden and do everything possible to make tremendous efforts to accumulate funds to support the state’s key construction projects. As of the end of August 83 statistics, the county has completed financial revenue 11.42 million yuan, accounting for 70% of the annual plan, an increase of 12.3% over the same period in 82; turned over the state 7.079 million yuan, 4.1% more than planned, an increase of 10.8 over the same period 82 %; 1.387 million yuan collected key construction energy transport funds have been turned over to the state treasury.
