紫金牛属15种植物紫外光谱聚类分析

紫外光谱用于中药的鉴别已初具规模,然而实际工作中以峰位、峰形作感观判断常有异议或疑问,今笔者引用聚类分析这种数学分析方法,对紫外光谱作客观、量化地分析。如引用邬家林先生的紫金牛属15种植物的紫外光谱,经赋值量化后与其对照品岩白菜素一同作聚类分析,结果不但能将各种植物之间的亲近疏远关系量化地表现出来,而且还通过对照品比较,浅析是否含类似成分,既扩大了聚类分析的内容和应用,又为紫外光谱分析应用提供更客观更完善的新途径。 UV spectroscopy has been used in the identification of traditional Chinese medicine has begun to take shape, but the actual work in the peak position, peak shape for sensory judgments often objections or questions, the author quoted the cluster analysis of this mathematical analysis method, the objective of the UV spectrum, Quantitative analysis.
