由于钢筋混凝土预制桩(以下简称预制桩)具有制桩方便、施工简单、单桩承载力高,耐腐蚀、质量可靠,造价便宜,施工期短等优点。近年来,天津新港地区在软弱地基上建造的高层建筑物或特种结构物,都是选用锤击沉入预制桩作基础。从工程实践来看,不仅出现了一些质量事故,而且产生事故的原因比较复杂,本文试以天津新港地区群桩基础施工中出现的一些问题,对预制桩的设计、施工和质量事故作一初步分析。
