本文对南五味子和以南五味子为原料,生产的降低血清谷丙转氨酶的中药制剂,用变色酸比色法测定了具有亚甲二氧基的总木脂素的含量,用薄层层析—紫外分光光度法测其主要成分酯甲的含量。酯甲的测定是用硅胶G-CMC Na板,以苯:乙酸(7:3)为展开剂,用碘蒸气对斑点定位,刮取相应的斑点,甲醇定溶,于280nm波长处测其含量。为南五味子作原料生产的中药制剂的原料和成品的质量控制提供了分析方法。
In this paper, the traditional Chinese medicine preparations for the reduction of serum alanine aminotransferase, produced by South Schisandra and south of Schisandra, were determined for the content of total lignanol with Methylenedioxy by chromotropic acid colorimetric method. Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of its main component ester A. The determination of ester A was performed on a silica gel G-CMC Na plate using benzene:acetic acid (7:3) as a developing agent, spotting was spotted with iodine vapor, the corresponding spots were scraped off, the methanol was dissolved, and the content was measured at a wavelength of 280 nm. . The analysis method is provided for the quality control of the raw materials and finished products of the traditional Chinese medicine preparations produced by the raw materials of S. schisandrae.
