胜利油田注聚油藏非均质性严重,聚合物主要进入渗透率高的油层,薄差油层的动用程度低,层间矛盾突出。为此,研究了空心单管分层注聚工艺。该工艺采用一趟管柱即可实现聚合物的多层注入,不仅可减少作业工序,还可防止地层砂混合聚合物返吐造成管柱堵塞;空心配聚器采用坐封注聚一体化的结构设计,可以直接携带配聚心下井,无需投捞死心子,降低了施工成本,提高了施工效率。空心单管分层注聚工艺在孤岛油田现场试验6口井,施工成功率100%。
In Shengli Oilfield, the heterogeneity of the injected polymer is serious. The polymer mainly enters into the reservoir with high permeability. The utilization of the thin difference oil layer is low, and the contradiction between the layers is prominent. To this end, hollow single-tube stratified injection polymerization process was studied. The process uses a trip column to achieve multi-layer polymer injection, not only can reduce the operating processes, but also prevent the formation of mixed mixed polymer sand column caused by plugging; Structural design, can be carried directly with the heart down, no need to dig their own hearts, reducing construction costs and improve construction efficiency. Hollow single-tube stratified injection process in Gudao field test 6 wells, construction success rate of 100%.
