目的观察磷脂酶A2抑制剂ρ-bromophenacylbromide(BPB)在鼠肝癌前结节和癌结节形成过程中的抑制作用。方法一次性腹腔注射二乙基亚硝胺(DEN)200mg/kg,2周后,制成带有癌前病灶的动物模型。进行癌前结节形成抑制实验和癌结节形成抑制实验。结果(1)BPB加有或未加苯巴比妥(PB)组,单位面积的持续性结节数和肝细胞增生性结节数与相应对照组相比显著减少(P<0·05,P<0·05)。(2)每只鼠的癌结节数,BPB加PB组与对照组相比显著减少(P<0·05),而未加PB组无显著减少。结论BPB对肝癌前病灶转化为癌前结节的过程有抑制作用,而对肝癌结节形成无作用。
Objective To observe the inhibitory effect of phospholipase A2 inhibitor ρ-bromophenacylbromide (BPB) on the development of precancerous and cancerous nodules in mice. Methods A single intraperitoneal injection of diethylnitrosamine (DEN) 200mg / kg, 2 weeks later, made with precancerous lesions in animal models. Pre-cancerous nodule formation inhibition experiments and cancer nodule formation inhibition experiments were performed. Results (1) With or without phenobarbital (BPB) group, the number of persistent nodules per unit area and the number of hepatocellular proliferative nodules were significantly decreased compared with the corresponding control group (P <0.05, P <0 · 05). (2) The number of cancerous nodules per mouse was significantly lower in BPB plus PB group than in control group (P <0.05), but not in PB group. Conclusions BPB has an inhibitory effect on the process of transformation of precancerous lesions into pre-cancerous nodules, but has no effect on the formation of hepatic carcinoma nodules.
