通过对19种酚酸类化合物体外抗 ADP诱导兔血小板聚集活性的测定,探讨了体外抗凝血的构效关系.邻三酚羟基的酚酸比邻二酚羟基的酚酸活性强;而脂肪二酸类比酚酸类化合物的活性高;甲氧基取代的酚酸类化合物抗血小板聚集活性明显增高.
Through the determination of the anti-ADP-induced rabbit platelet aggregation activity of 19 phenolic compounds in vitro, the structure-activity relationship of anti-coagulation in vitro was discussed. Phenolic acids of ortho-triphenol hydroxyl group are more active than phenolic acids of ortho-diphenol hydroxyl group, while fatty diacids are more active than phenolic acids. Methoxy-substituted phenolic compounds have significantly higher anti-platelet aggregation activity.
