上海地区夏季高温酷暑,对甜椒生育危害严重,影响秋冬市场供应。本试验研究的目的是探索甜椒第二栽培季节——秋季栽培的可能性。试验证明在夏季高温伏旱或台风暴雨环境下,采用避雨遮荫育苗,秋后充分利用9、10月份适合甜椒开花结果这段温暖时期,在保护设施条件下栽培,可延迟到10月中旬～11月底采收,再经简易贮藏保鲜,于元旦、春节供应市场是完全可行的。
