基于计算流体力学数值分析,通过改变涡旋管分离器单管的旋流叶片旋转角度、灰尘口大小、叶片后端轴长度和叶片轴直径,分析其不同结构对涡旋管分离器总压损失与分离效率的性能参数影响.数值计算结果表明,旋流叶片的旋转角度由160°增大到180°,总压损失增大了25.18 Pa,分离效率提高了3.6%;灰尘口由1.5 mm增大到2.5 mm,总压损失增大了126.71 Pa,分离效率提高了6%;叶片后端轴长度和叶片轴的直径,对涡旋管分离器的总压损失影响较小.其中灰尘口的大小对总压损失与分离效率的影响最大.
