1987年,哈密地区林科所开展了稀有果树的繁殖研究工作,选择了当地扦插难生根的大枣作试验。经过对比试验,用ABT生根粉处理红枣嫩枝扦插生根效果很好,为今后大量快速繁殖红枣,开辟了一条新路。 1.试验点设在本所的50m~2简易温室中,采用高床式,床基质为双层形,上层为透气好的珍珠岩,厚8—10cm,下层为5cm的混合营养土(山土、沙、羊粪的比例为3:3:1)。
