本研究的目的旨在研究人牙髓中血管节段的三维特点。 在2%利多卡因(含1:80000肾上腺素)1 ml局麻下,拔除因正畸需要的7只健康前磨牙,颊舌向劈开,取出牙髓,分成小块。经固定,除去结缔组织,将分节段血管脱水,浸泡于醋酸异戊酯中,喷涂铂,作扫描电镜检查。 结果显示,按形态学不同将人牙髓血管分为以下6种类型:a 肌性小动脉,除外膜外,其直径为15~40μm,至少有2层紧密的纺锤形的平滑肌细胞(sM)。b 末梢性小动脉,其直径10~20μm,至少有1层紧密的纺锤
The purpose of this study was to study the three-dimensional characteristics of vascular segments in human dental pulp. In 2% lidocaine (containing 1: 80000 epinephrine) 1 ml of local anesthesia, remove the need for orthodontic 7 healthy premolar cleavage, the pulp removed, divided into small pieces.
