目的研究福宁消溶排石散对实验性大鼠草酸钙结石形成的影响。方法以乙二醇加氯化氨喂饮雄性Wistar诱导肾结石模型,同时口服给予福宁消溶排石散,4周后检测各组大鼠尿钙、血钙、肾钙含量、肾草酸、尿草酸含量变化及观察肾组织病理切片变化。结果和成石组相比,福宁消溶排石散能降低大鼠尿总钙、肾钙、肾草酸和尿草酸含量,病理切片显示给药组草酸钙结晶明显减少。结论福宁消溶排石散能明显抑制实验性大鼠草酸钙结石形成。
Objective To investigate the effect of Funing Xiaorong Paishi Powder on the formation of calcium oxalate stones in experimental rats. Methods Male Wistar rats were induced by ethylene glycol plus chlorinated ammonia to induce kidney stones, and Fu Ning dissolving Paishi San was given orally. After 4 weeks, the urinary calcium, serum calcium, renal calcium, kidney oxalate, and urine were measured in each group. Changes in oxalate content and observation of pathological changes in renal tissue. Results Compared with the stone group, Funing Xiaorong Paishi Powder can reduce the total urinary calcium, renal calcium, kidney oxalate and oxalic acid in rats. Pathological sections showed that the calcium oxalate crystals in the treated group were significantly reduced. Conclusion Funing Xiaorong Paishi San can significantly inhibit the formation of calcium oxalate stones in experimental rats.
