采用双因素重复试验的方法,考察橡胶粉等体积取代不同比例砂子(取代率)及橡胶粉的粗细程度(细度模数)对混凝土强度的影响规律,即只考察橡胶粉的取代率和细度模数两个因素,其余的试验条件基本保持不变。方差分析表明:橡胶粉掺量对混凝土7,28 d的抗压和劈裂抗拉强度影响都特别显著。橡胶粉粗细程度对混凝土7,28 d劈裂抗拉强度影响特别显著,对7 d抗压强度影响特别显著,而对28 d抗压强度影响不显著。二者的交互作用对混凝土7 d抗压强度影响显著,对28 d的抗压强度影响特别显著,对7 d劈裂抗拉强度影响特别显著,对28 d劈裂抗拉强度影响显著;回归分析表明,橡胶粉掺量、粗细程度与混凝土7,28 d的抗压强度之间存在线性关系,与混凝土7 d劈裂抗拉强度之间存在线性关系,但与28 d劈裂抗拉强度之间不存在线性关系。
