通过对广东省目前种植的20个香稻和5个非香稻品种进行15项品质性状鉴定,结果表明,广东省主要香稻和部分非香稻品质性状达到农业部部颁Ny-122-86优质食用稻米一级标准的品种数比例分别为:整精米率占95%和100%,垩白粒率占25%和20%,粒长宽比占45%和0,直链淀粉含量为35%和0,胶稠度占65%和20%,碱消值占95%和100%,蛋白质含量均为100%,脂肪含量香稻比非香稻高。
Fifteen quality traits of 20 fragrant rice and 5 non-fragrant rice cultivars in Guangdong Province were identified. The results showed that quality traits of main fragrant rice and some non-fragrant rice in Guangdong Province reached Ny-122-86 of Ministry of Agriculture Grade I standard varieties of high quality rice varieties were the proportion of: 100% of total milled rice rate, chalky grain rate of 25% and 20%, grain aspect ratio of 45% and 0, amylose content of 35 % And 0, gel consistency accounted for 65% and 20%, alkali consumption accounted for 95% and 100%, protein content was 100%, fat content of fragrant rice than non-fragrant rice.
