研究了不同形状 (球形、片状、纤维状 )颗粒堵剂粒径与地层孔径的匹配关系。研究结果表明 :不同形状的颗粒 ,其粒径与地层孔径的匹配关系不尽相同。一般 ,当堵剂粒径为地层孔径的 1/ 3~ 1/ 10时 ,可产生较有效的封堵作用 ,因而实际应用时应根据地层的渗透率等选择合适粒径的堵剂。
The matching relationship between particle size and formation pore size of different shape (spherical, flaky, fibrous) particle plugging agents was studied. The results show that the matching of particle size and formation pore size varies with different shapes of particles. In general, when the blocking agent particle size of the formation pore size of 1/3 ~ 1/10, can produce a more effective blocking effect, so the actual application should be based on formation permeability and select the appropriate particle size plugging agent.
